About

My name is Sabrina Grover

Hi! My name is Sabrina Grover, and I am the founder of Grovemind Therapy.

I’m a modern therapist who works with creators, founders, and teens; people with rich inner worlds and a lot on their plates.

My clients often have a unique perspective, which can be a gift, but also a heavy burden. Burnout, anxiety, and the pressure to constantly perform can make it hard to stay connected not just to yourself, but to the people around you.

Coming from a multicultural background myself, I deeply understand the complexities of navigating identity, relationships, and belonging across different cultural and social contexts. This perspective informs my work and allows me to approach each client with nuance and care.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a degree in Advanced Clinical Practice from New York University.  I have extensive experience supporting those with a history of trauma, anxiety, depression, Self Harm, OCD, addiction, body image issues, ADHD, and interpersonal/romantic relationship challenges. I have a particular expertise in spirituality and religious trauma. I utilize multiple clinical modalities including Psychodynamic, Interpersonal, Dialectical, Exposure and Cognitive Behavioral therapies.

I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and am trained in Lifespan Integration Therapy (trauma treatment focused on addressing complex trauma).  I am a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, and practice from a HAES (Health at every size) and Anti-racist perspective.

Our Work Together

In our work together, we slow things down. I offer a grounded, collaborative space to untangle overwhelm, explore the roots of your stress, and find steadier footing in your relationships. Whether you're navigating intimacy, friendship, family, work dynamics, or simply your relationship to yourself, we’ll focus on helping you feel more present, aligned, and understood. My approach blends psychodynamic and interpersonal insight with practical tools from DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and ERP (Exposure Response Prevention Therapy) . I tailor my approach to each client personally to what they need most.
