What I Offer: EMDR Therapy Tailored to Your Needs

I practice EMDR, specifically from the SAFE model, with an emphasis on somatic experiencing through the EMDR treatment. It emphasizes the mind-body connection.

​Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why I offer two flexible ways to engage in EMDR therapy whether you’re looking for deep, focused work or steady, ongoing support.

1. Weeklong EMDR Intensives: Focused, Deep Healing

These intensives are designed for individuals who want to address unresolved trauma in a concentrated, supportive format. We’ll compress months of therapy into a few transformative days, creating space for real movement and relief.

Weeklong EMDR intensives are ideal if you:

  • Feel stuck in traditional weekly therapy and are ready for a breakthrough

  • Are navigating a major life event, crisis, or recent trauma

  • Prefer to make significant progress in a shorter amount of time

  • Are traveling from out of town and want an immersive experience

Each intensive is carefully tailored to your history, goals, and capacity. You’ll receive pre-intensive preparation, daily EMDR sessions, integration support, and post-intensive follow-up resources to ensure the work stays with you long after the week is over.

2. Hour-Long EMDR Sessions: Steady, Ongoing Support

For those looking to work through trauma at a consistent pace, I offer 60-minute EMDR sessions at a rate of $310 per session. These sessions provide space to:

  • Process unresolved memories

  • Address anxiety, grief, or emotional overwhelm

  • Build emotional resilience and inner stability over time

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from EMDR. Whether you’re new to therapy or continuing your healing journey, these sessions offer a grounded, safe space to reconnect with yourself and move forward.
