Individual Therapy

I aim to give you a safe, supportive space to explore your feelings, gain new insights, and feel understood.  We will work together to discover ways to cope, heal, and build a path toward personal growth and change.

Our sessions are 45-60 minutes depending on the option you choose. 

Much like a grove, our minds have thoughts that grow like trees, rooted in memory, swaying in the winds of emotion. Each person is unique, and complex, which is why I believe no mind is a one size fits all for therapeutic modalities. Each of my clients receive their own personalized, tailored approach to therapy.
